Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and steam the broccoli until tender-crisp (3-5 minutes). Let it cool before chopping.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Optionally broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
