Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; stir in diced apples.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared sheet with space between each fritter.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While they bake, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
