- ½ cup (120ml) milk
- ¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; stir in diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared sheet with space between each fritter.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- While they bake, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
- Let fritters cool slightly before drizzling with glaze. Serve warm.
