- 3–4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- Dice the apples and mix them in a bowl with cinnamon, lemon juice, and water. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Cook the apple mixture in a pan over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Spread almond butter on the toasted bread and top with the warm cinnamon apple mixture.
- Add a dollop of yogurt and sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.
