Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and cornstarch.
- Spread cream cheese on each egg roll wrapper, then top with the apple mixture.
- Seal the wrappers by wetting the edges and rolling them tightly.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheet and lightly brush or spray with cooking oil.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar while warm and serve with caramel sauce.
