- 2 containers Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine diced apples, water, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon over medium heat until thickened.
- Roll out crescent dough; place a spoonful of apple filling in each triangle and roll tightly.
- Coat with cinnamon sugar and bake on a greased baking sheet for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
