Instructions
- In a large pot, combine sliced apples, ginger, cinnamon sticks, maple syrup, and water.
- Heat over medium-low heat with the lid partially covered for one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Once done, strain the mixture using a super-fine strainer to remove solids.
- Pour the filtered tea into cups or a kettle for serving.
- Garnish with additional apple slices and cinnamon sticks if desired.
