Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, milk, oil (or applesauce), and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack; cover overnight for best flavor.
